Any unscheduled system failure that occurs outside of our standard business hours, or any breakdown during business hours that results in a complete facility shutdown or an immediate safety hazard.

Yes. Service calls dispatched outside of normal business hours (evenings, weekends, and holidays) are subject to an emergency diagnostic rate and adjusted labor fees. We will always communicate these base dispatch rates transparently over the phone before sending a technician to your site.

Clients enrolled in our Planned Preventative Maintenance Agreements receive automatic Priority Dispatch Status. If multiple emergencies occur simultaneously in our Central Florida service region, contract agreement clients are always bumped to the front of the line.
